Ballistic Engineering strives to make the best aftermarket products for the high demanding shooter.
In the highly unlikely event a product does not perform as expected, our customer service will take care of you. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on everything we build.

 

Ballistic Engineering WARRANTY

Ballistic Engineering products are designed to be the strongest link in the chain. However, if you experience any issues with our products always reach out to customercare@ballisticengineering.net directly and we will take care of you.

All our products are covered by our transferrable, unlimited lifetime warranty, we will repair or replace any of our products, at any time. Refund requests need to be accompanied with proof of purchase to the original purchaser. Ballistic Engineering will refund the purchase price of any unaltered trigger or product within 30 days of purchase.
Altering, tampering, or disassembly of the Ballistic Engineering products voids all implied warranties.

 

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Should you have any issues with your product, immediately seize using said product to avoid further damage or injury. Do not try to repair the product yourself. Please notify us at jb@ballisticengineering.net so we can evaluate the situation and assist you from there.

Refunds are only available on products ordered directly from Ballistic Engineering. All other refunds must be requested directly from the purchasing source. In the event that a product will need to be sent in for warranty work Ballistic Engineering will provide you with a RMA label with shipping instructions.
If the product is to be sent back for refund at the customer`s discretion without any apparent issues to the product then the customer is responsible for shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund.
